Shipping Policy.
We ship to most physical addresses within Canada via Canada Post. Sorry, delivery is not available outside of Canada. Please ensure your mailing address is complete and accurate to ensure timely delivery. We are not responsible for wrong addresses or delivery delays due to extreme weather conditions. If damage or loss of parcels should occur during shipment, report it immediately to the shipping agent. Keep as much of the damaged parcel as possible. Please keep in mind that for the protection of both the customer and L=Heron Tea Shop against fraudulent activities, all orders over $50.00 CDN must be signed for upon delivery.

Shipping Rates and Methods
Whether your purchase is being shipped to your billing address or another shipping address, you can choose either Insured Ground or Express delivery options. We provide free ground shipping across Canada for pre-tax orders over $100 CDN.

Shipping Methods and Rates Within Canada (please apply to subtotal where applicable):
All orders under $50 dollars Canadian please add $8 Canadian dollars for Insured Ground Shipping or $14 for Express Post.

Delivery Time
Depending on your location, please allow 3 to 10 days for order delivery on in stock products.

Return & Exchange Policy

We pay attention to details, however, if for any reason an error was made on our part with a purchase, we will promptly assist you in correcting the error. Simply notify us within 10 days of the purchase date via e-mail. We will provide you with an authorization number and credit you the shipping and handling fee.
